John Tobin is a creative global entrepreneur, dedicated to developing advanced science-based growth oriented global companies presently in the USA, India and China. He has developed both Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical companies with associated industry advanced products and delivery systems. Presently he co-owns several companies, such as NutraFood Nutrients, Inc. with a permanent global license for WholeFood matrix Vitamin & Mineral ingredients, and NutraFood Science Delivery System, Inc., the development company for Oral Thin Film products.
He is the creator of “Strip Melts®” oral film strips, which created the first-of-its-kind advanced active levels, OTF strips with industry leading ingredients for major global ingredient companies such as Lonza, BASF, DSM, Bayer Healthcare, PLThomas, HorPhag and others. After the buy-out of his co-owned Pharmaceutical Company “Innoteq Pharmaceutical” by Par Pharmaceutical, he then entered the China Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical market.
Upon conducting market research in China, he designed a technology advanced e-Commerce cross-border marketing “Touch Screen Product Display” (that eliminates Blue Hat China approval process) that was introduced in YXT, the largest Pharmacy Chain in China. His company, RNT Asian Health Group (RNT-AHG), represented many of the major global Health & Beauty Brands in the China Nutraceutical Industry, to include GNC, RB, Windmill Health Brands, Twinlab and other major brands.

Together they formed a joint venture and more recently a new Nutra & Pharma Portfolio Company relationship development group, RNT Holdings, Inc., for the development of a new “Smart Drug − 6-Shogaol” with 12 Global Market Patents Pharma Development Product. 6-Shogaol is for the management of Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) and related hematological malignancies. John holds the corporate position of President/CEO of the new company RNT Holdings, Inc.

Jason Jeffords is CTO of AM-GEM Holdings and CTO of TALON Health Tech (MMS Analytics). Jason career spans three decades as a pioneering technology leader, serial entrepreneur, and innovative educator in networking, database design, and AI healthcare technology development. Jason brilliance has been instrumental in the design and development of GEMs AI platform.

Vladimir Badmaev, MD PhD, graduated from Medical Academy Bialystok (AMB), Poland, in 1975; clinical and anatomical pathology at Kings County Hospital New York and Downstate Medical Center New York (1982-1985). He earned his PhD degree in immunopharmacology from AMB in 1978.
He established Badmaev Natural Drug Foundation in 1984 and American Medical Holdings Inc. in 2009 in Staten Island, NY, to develop nutraceuticals and natural pharma products.
His lifelong goal and work is to integrate traditional knowledge of botanicals with science-derived pharmacology, which he describes as the Interactive Nutrients Process (INP), to develop safe and effective “smart drugs” based on AI. Between 1999 and 2009 he was the runner-up or recipient of 4 New Jersey R&D Council Thomas Alva Edison Awards for the US patents #5,536,506, #5,804,596, #6,849,645 and #7,063,861.

Joseph Griesser provides business support on a variety of tax, legal and financial reporting functions including the development and maintenance of collaborative relationships across a wide range of business operations and business acquisition industries. Joe has enjoyed a 40-year career in key leadership and operating roles in public accounting, private industry, sports operations, and with charitable organizations.
Joe initially began his career in public accounting as a New jersey municipal auditor for a regional accounting firm. Upon completion of his certifications, Joe was recruited to private industry and quickly elevated to Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of a $200 million contract development and financial services company located in the Philadelphia area. In time, Joe transitioned from private industry back to public accounting as founder and managing partner of Rago, Griesser & Company; a public accounting firm operating in southeast Pennsylvania and the tri-state area. In that capacity, Joe oversaw a variety of bank financing acquisitions, financial reporting engagements, and Corporate tax filing functions. Eventually, Joe specialized in State and Federal tax appeal petitions. Joe has represented client’s positions with the appellate divisions of the United States Federal Tax Court and Pennsylvania State Board of Finance and Revenue.
Amidst his leadership roles in private industry and public accounting, Joe also earned national prominence in the sports world as an intercollegiate football official, working for over 37 years as an NCAA on field official. Joe was selected to the staffs of both the Big East Conference and subsequently to the Atlantic Coast Conference, officiating high-profile national college football and post season bowl games at venues throughout the United States and Europe. Throughout his officiating career, Joe has received numerous meritorious awards in acknowledgement of his contribution to intercollegiate sports; both on a local and national level. In addition to an extensive career and leadership roles in business For-Profit and the sports sectors, Joe continually consults with Not-for-profit organizations serving on several Boards throughout the Philadelphia area.

Robert Montano is a business attorney and entrepreneur with a wide array of experience in diverse industries. He combines decades of experience with creativity to find new solutions to innovative challenges.
Robert served as the Deputy General Counsel and Vice President for Shop At Home, a home shopping network. He managed legal compliance with FTC, FCC and other regulatory compliance matters as well as negotiated 1000s of vendor and other agreements. Robert now serves as the General Counsel to the MaxWell Clinic, a large functional medicine organization with a medical practice, supplement company, technology company and non-profit. He also serves as the President of a fashion company called Corsettery, Chief Legal Adviser to Return to Venice (a children’s documentary learning technology company) and Chief Counsel to an AI development company called Notice, LLC. In addition, Robert is an investor and legal consultant to a wide array of businesses.
Robert graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hamilton College with majors in Economics and Government and a minor in Math. He subsequently graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration from Belmont University.

She later created the leading publishing company, ACT Publishing Company, servicing the Casino & Hotel Hospitality Industry during the explosive gaming years in Atlantic City.
